Friday Spotlight!⁠ ⁠ A few weeks ago, our sweet preschool scholars and some of their mamas got to do something extra special — a field trip to Play Street Museum for their end-of-year celebration! 🎉⁠ ⁠ The room was full of laughter, play, and "When you are kind to others, it not only changes you, it changes the world."⁠ -Harold Kushner⁠ ⁠ We believe kindness is one of the most powerful things a person can offer another. It costs nothing and changes everything. At Refugee Resourc Warmhearted Wednesdays! 🧡⁠ ⁠ Thoughtful.⁠ ⁠ That's the word Eve chose to describe her student Miriam* after a full year together — and it says everything. In Eve's own words: "Miriam is thoughtful and intentional with the way she does her Before every lesson, we open with Scripture and prayer. Our students bring it all — heavy burdens, school worries, and joyful praises alike. And every time, we get to point them to the God who listens. What a gift. After time apart, walking back into Reading Circle and seeing familiar faces — and welcoming some new ones — reminded us exactly why we do what we do. After a week off, we are so excited to welcome our students and mentors back to Reading Circle and Preschool Circle this week as we kick off our summer session together!
