Reading Circle & Preschool Circle - Gospel-Centered Literacy and Mentoring Programs

Reading Circle

The Reading Circle serves refugee students ages 6 to 18 through one-on-one mentoring focused on literacy, math, and spiritual growth. Meeting three evenings a week, each student is paired with a caring mentor who meets with them once per week for personalized tutoring and guidance.

Each session includes reading Bible stories, praying together, and working on Scripture memory—building academic confidence alongside a strong foundation in God’s truth.

Our mission is twofold: to help students succeed academically and to share the transformative hope of the Gospel. At the heart of The Reading Circle is a simple yet powerful vision—to see young lives transformed through the love of Jesus and the gift of literacy.

As students gain confidence, they are invited to walk in the truth of God’s Word, developing the skills and faith they need for life.

Preschool Circle

The Preschool Circle is our early learning program for children ages 2 to 5. Students attend once a week and engage in play-based activities that build early literacy, math, motor, and school readiness skills. Each month introduces a new learning theme—such as seasons, weather, community helpers, animals, fruits and vegetables, the five senses, and construction—designed to spark curiosity and support developmental milestones.

By fostering a strong educational foundation, The Preschool Circle helps children enter school ready to learn and thrive alongside native English speakers. This early start sets the stage for long-term academic success and a confident, capable start to their educational journey.
