And one incredible little girl? She gr “The most important part of any church’s work is the teaching of its children.”
— Charles H. Spurgeon

There is something deeply hopeful about investing in children. When we sit across the table from a young reader sounding ou “No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.”
-Aesop

Even the smallest act of kindness can carry more impact than we realize. A smile, a helping hand, or a moment of patience can remind someone they are seen and valued.

Do We are so thankful for our incredible mentors. Week after week, they show up with patience, encouragement, and genuine love for each student they serve. Their faithfulness is shaping confident readers, strong relationships, and hearts that know they Love is at the heart of everything we do. ❤️

This Valentine’s Day, we are reminded that love is shown not only in words, but in presence, patience, and care. Each week, love looks like mentors sitting side-by-side with students as they sound o Valentine’s Day brought so much joy to our students and mentors this week! Our students had a wonderful time celebrating together with fun crafts, sweet treats, and plenty of laughter. From creating colorful Valentine cards to sharing special s “Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, as long as ever you can.”

John Wesley’s words remin Warmhearted Wednesday!

Today, we’re celebrating a very special student named Hope*. When asked, her mentor did not hesitate to use the word “joyful” to describe Hope.

“Hope is joyful, seen in her positive attitude during our Our students are SO CLOSE to being done with their winter reading assessments! It is already evident by looking at the data so far that there has been incredible growth!

We cannot wait to give a full report very soon. Stay tuned to find out how much Memorization Monday!

“I am the Lord your God; consecrate yourselves and be holy, because I am holy.”
-Leviticus 11:44a

This command is both weighty and deeply personal. God does not call His people to holiness as a distant ruler is “So whatever your wish that others would do to you, do also to them...”
-Matthew 7:12 Our preschool kiddos bring so much joy to our days. ❤️

From big smiles and curious questions to learning letters, numbers, colors, and shapes, they show up eager to learn and full of wonder. Watching them grow, laugh, and discover the world around With all of the turmoil occurring in our country, we would like to take a moment as an organization to pray for not only our refugee students and their families, but for ALL the refugees in America and elsewhere. Please join us in interceding on thei “The test of our humanity is how we treat those who have lost everything.”
— Hannah Arendt

These words invite us to pause and look honestly at the world around us. Refugees and displaced families are not statistics or headlines& Watching our students engage in Bible lessons and prayer is one of the greatest joys we experience as mentors. 🤍

There is something deeply humbling about sitting beside them as they ask thoughtful questions, listen intently to God’s Word, a We are so excited to be back with our students this week after time away due to the snow! ❄️

There’s nothing like hearing their laughter, seeing their smiles, and jumping back into learning together. We’re grateful for safe days at hom Memorization Monday!

“He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
-Revelation 21:4

This verse stands at the heart of God’s "There is none holy like the Lord: for there is none besides you; there is no rock like our God."
-1 Samuel 2:2 Our preschoolers had the best time playing with a bright, colorful parachute recently! 🌈 Laughter filled the room as little hands worked together to make the colors rise and fall—learning, moving, and growing all at once.
